Using his financial planning background, the service not only takes into account the design and needs of clients, but also investigates the investment return on both the asset and the running costs through sustainable design, building techniques and technology and also looks at flexibility of usage over time. reimagined Habitat helps advisers’ work with clients to make more informed investment decisions related to the family home or their investment properties.
